Purpose and Use of Data

LEGITIMATE INTEREST

GDPR: Article 6(1)(f) — Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party.

We have a legitimate interest in processing the contact data and, where applicable, data related to the role or position held by individuals providing services to a legal entity, when the processing concerns only the data necessary for their professional contact and the purpose of the processing is solely to maintain relationships of any kind with the legal entity where the individual provides their services.

The data will be retained as long as the commercial relationship is maintained.

We also have a legitimate interest in ensuring the safety of you, the individuals who access and/or work at ROBERT ANTONIO LUKACS, and our facilities. Therefore, we may capture your image through video surveillance cameras and implement access control to our premises.

These images will be deleted within one month.
